In Savannah Sound the man to see about bonefish and tarpon is Kelsey Rankin. He grew up fishing the sound and understands the ecology of the flats as well as any marine biologist. The bonefish swim up to his back yard and he knows where the tarpon live. An expert and avid fly fisherman himself, he will get you to the many parts of the sound that are only accessible by boat. Kelsey is also available for off-shore charters. Rates are $650.00 for a full day, $350.00 for a half day.
