Governor's Harbor is regarded as the center of Eleuthera. The Buccaneer Club Restaurant is the center of Governor's Harbor for early risers looking for a fine breakfast to start out their day. Anglers on the way to the flats can usually catch some tailing bonefish, around first light, right along Haynes Avenue, before turning to go up the hill to Buccaneer. While eating breakfast, If you ask, they will put up sandwiches for lunch and on the way home, at the end of a great day on the flats, Buccaneer Club will be serving dinner and offers the most comprehensive Chinese menu on Eleuthera.
