MISS BLANCHE'S STAND IN JAMES CISTERN
In James Cistern, Miss Blanche is known for her fresh locally grown fruits and her famous Bahamas sauces. At the seaside stand are fresh green bananas,limes, avocados and sugar apples. The fruit menu changes daily the pepper and lime sauce and the tomato sauce have been made locally in the "Real Bahamas"
