One of the outstanding features of Eleuthera is being able to buy fresh fish and lobster directly from the fishermen that catch them. At the ramp in Governor's Harbor, across from the package store, on almost any afternoon, the guy's will be there with grouper, snapper,lobster and conch. Get custom filets and watch the conch salad being made.
There are a couple of schools of bonefish that live on that flat.
